Parkinson’s Disease: Diagnosis and Therapies explores contemporary approaches to identifying, characterizing, and managing Parkinson’s disease, with emphasis on clinical assessment, disease progression, and emerging therapeutic strategies. Research in this area includes early and differential diagnosis, motor and non-motor manifestations, neuroimaging, molecular and digital biomarkers, and the underlying mechanisms of dopaminergic neuronal dysfunction. Therapeutic investigations encompass pharmacological treatment, advanced drug delivery, deep brain stimulation, focused ultrasound, rehabilitation, exercise-based interventions, and developing approaches such as gene therapy, cell-based therapies, and targeted treatments for disease-related molecular pathways. The topic provides a platform for research aimed at improving diagnostic accuracy, symptom management, quality of life, and the development of innovative interventions for Parkinson’s disease.
