Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer, and Energy Efficiency

Thermal Engineering, Heat Transfer, and Energy Efficiency addresses the principles, technologies, and applications involved in the generation, transfer, conversion, storage, and utilization of thermal energy. Research in this area examines conduction, convection, radiation, phase-change phenomena, heat exchangers, thermal systems, refrigeration, combustion, and thermal management across a wide range of engineering applications. Particular attention is given to improving energy utilization, reducing thermal losses, enhancing system performance, and developing efficient solutions for industrial, building, transportation, and energy systems. Emerging research also investigates advanced heat-transfer materials, thermal energy storage, waste heat recovery, renewable thermal technologies, and innovative approaches for achieving more efficient and sustainable energy systems.
