Special Issue on Public Administration and Public Services

Public Administration and Public Services examines the management, organization and delivery of public services and government programs. It covers public policy implementation, administrative systems, public sector management, governance, budgeting, human resource management and service delivery. The topic also explores administrative reform, digital government, public accountability, citizen engagement and strategies for improving the efficiency, accessibility and quality of public services.
