Special Issue on Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology
Clinical
Gastroenterology and Hepatology addresses the diagnosis, management, and
prevention of disorders affecting the digestive tract, liver, biliary system,
and pancreas. It considers advances in clinical assessment, laboratory
investigation, imaging, endoscopic procedures, pharmacological treatment, and
minimally invasive interventions for gastrointestinal and hepatic conditions.
Particular attention is given to inflammatory, infectious, metabolic,
neoplastic, and functional disorders, as well as complications of chronic liver
disease, digestive cancers, and disorders of the gastrointestinal microbiome,
with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes and clinical care.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
