Public Law and Administrative Governance

Public Law and Administrative Governance explores the legal principles, institutional frameworks, and regulatory mechanisms that shape the exercise of public authority and the functioning of government institutions. It encompasses constitutional structures, administrative procedures, regulatory systems, public accountability, judicial review, governmental decision-making, and the protection of individual rights in interactions with public bodies. The field also examines how laws and administrative institutions respond to social, economic, technological, and environmental challenges, with particular attention to transparency, legality, institutional responsibility, regulatory effectiveness, and the development of fair and responsive public governance.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Public Law and Administrative Governance. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
