Special Issue on Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology

Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology is a cutting-edge interdisciplinary research field that focuses on substances and systems with at least one dimension confined to the 1–100 nm scale. It systematically investigates the unique physical, chemical, and biological properties of these nanoscale entities—properties that fundamentally differ from their bulk counterparts, arising from pronounced quantum confinement effects, drastically elevated specific surface area, and size-dependent interfacial reactivity. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
