Special Issue on
Aeronautical
and Astronautical Engineering
Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering (often
collectively termed Aerospace Engineering) is the primary branch of engineering
concerned with the research, design, development, construction, testing, and
operation of vehicles that operate within and beyond Earth's atmosphere. It is
a highly interdisciplinary field that systematically integrates principles from
solid mechanics, fluid mechanics (particularly aerodynamics), thermodynamics,
astrodynamics, control theory, avionics, materials science, and manufacturing
to create complex systems that must perform safely and reliably in extreme
environments. The goal of
this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academics all
over the world to promote, share and discuss various new issues and
developments in Aeronautical and Astronautical
Engineering.
In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and
authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
-
?Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics
-
Aerospace Structures and Materials
-
?Propulsion and Energy Systems
-
Flight Dynamics and Control
-
Space Systems and Astronautics
-
Aircraft and Systems Design
-
Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering
-
Safety, Airworthiness, and Operations
-
Emerging and Interdisciplinary Areas
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper
Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering” should be selected during your submission.
