Special Issue on Rare Earth Functional Materials
Rare Earth Functional
Materials (REFMs) refer to a class of advanced materials derived from rare
earth elements (REEs)—comprising the 17 elements of Sc, Y, and the lanthanide
series (La–Lu)—that exhibit exceptional optical, magnetic, electrical, and catalytic
functionalities. These materials constitute the material foundation for
numerous high-technology applications and are recognized globally as critical
strategic materials. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform
for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and
discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Rare Earth Functional Materials.
In this
special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original
research and review articles that explore Rare Earth Functional Materials. In this special issue, potential topics
