Culture, Diversity and Cross-Cultural Perspectives examines the ways cultural values, beliefs, traditions, identities, and social practices shape human behavior and interactions across different societies. Key areas include cultural diversity, intercultural communication, cultural identity, multiculturalism, migration and cultural adaptation, social inclusion, cross-cultural psychology, comparative cultural studies, and intercultural relations. The field also considers how globalization, mobility, education, media, and social change influence cultural exchange and the development of diverse communities. By bringing together perspectives from sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication, education, and related disciplines, it promotes a deeper understanding of cultural differences, shared human experiences, and constructive interaction among people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
