Special Issue on Research on Phytochemistry
Phytochemistry is a
branch of scientific research that focuses on the study of plant chemicals,
also known as secondary metabolites. This field involves the examination,
isolation, characterization, and analysis of these natural compounds found in
plants. Phytochemistry encompasses various aspects of plant biochemistry,
including the identification and quantification of a wide range of chemical
constituents, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolic compounds, terpenoids,
and tannins, among others. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of research on phytochemistry.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles that explore research on phytochemistry. In this special issue, potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Structure
and bioactivities of phytochemicals
-
Chemistry

Authors should read
over the journal’s For Authors carefully before
submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their
complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Research on Phytochemistry” should be selected
during your submission.
