Special Issue on AI Applications in Medicine and Healthcare

AI Applications in Medicine and Healthcare is an interdisciplinary field exploring the use of artificial intelligence to advance medical research, clinical practice and healthcare delivery. It encompasses machine learning, medical imaging, intelligent diagnosis, clinical decision support, drug discovery, personalized medicine, predictive analytics and healthcare management. The field aims to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment outcomes, operational efficiency and patient care while addressing emerging challenges in data security, ethics, explainability and responsible AI.
