Special Issue on International Law and Policy
International Law and Policy encompasses the
principles, rules, institutions, and policy frameworks governing relations
among states, international organizations, and other actors in the global
system. Key areas include international treaties, human rights law,
international trade law, international environmental law, international
security, diplomatic relations, international dispute settlement, humanitarian
law, and the law of international organizations. The field also examines the
development and implementation of international policies in response to global
challenges such as armed conflict, migration, climate change, economic
globalization, public health, and transnational crime, while considering the
interaction between international legal norms, national legislation, governance
mechanisms, and evolving global institutions.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring International
Law and Policy. Potential topics include, but are not limited
