Special Issue on English Literature and Culture
English
Literature and Culture explores literary works written in English alongside the
cultural, historical, social, and intellectual contexts that shape their
production and interpretation. The field examines a wide range of genres,
periods, and traditions, including poetry, drama, fiction, and nonfiction,
while engaging with critical theories, comparative perspectives, and
interdisciplinary approaches. It also investigates themes such as identity,
language, gender, race, colonialism, globalization, and digital culture,
fostering a deeper understanding of literary expression, cultural diversity,
and the evolving role of English literature in contemporary society.
