Special Issue on Law and Politics

Law and Politics examines the dynamic relationship between legal systems, political institutions, public governance, and the exercise of power in society. The field explores the development, interpretation, and implementation of laws, as well as their influence on political processes, public policy, human rights, constitutional governance, international relations, and social justice. By integrating perspectives from legal studies, political science, public administration, and international affairs, it advances understanding of how legal frameworks shape political decision-making, maintain social order, protect individual rights, and address contemporary global and national challenges.
