Special Issue on Separation Science and Technology
Separation Science
and Technology is a fundamental and interdisciplinary field within chemical
engineering that deals with the selective transfer of one or more components
from a mixture, dividing it into two or more fractions with different compositions.
It is one of the most universal and ubiquitous fields in science and
technology, with endless applications across all branches of chemistry,
biology, and engineering. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Separation Science and Technology.
In this special issue, we invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that
explore Separation Science and
Technology. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
-
Phase-Change
and Equilibrium-Based Separations
-
Membrane
and Barrier-Based Separations
-
Surface-Based
and Adsorptive Separations
-
Solid-Liquid
and Mechanical Separations
-
Emerging,
Hybrid, and Interdisciplinary Areas
Authors should
read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Separation
Science and Technology” should be selected during your
submission.
