Engineering Physics is an
interdisciplinary academic discipline that sits at the interface between pure
physics and engineering. It applies the fundamental principles, theoretical
frameworks, and experimental methodologies of physics to solve complex
engineering problems and to design, optimize, and innovate new technologies.
Unlike traditional engineering disciplines that often focus on established
standards and applications, Engineering Physics emphasizes the physics?driven
understanding of systems, aiming to translate cutting?edge physical
discoveries—from quantum mechanics and materials science to thermodynamics and
electromagnetism—into practical engineering solutions. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists
and academics all over the world to promote, share and discuss various new
issues and developments in Manufacturing Engineering and Technology.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles that explore Manufacturing Engineering and
