Special Issue on Philosophy of Mind and Consciousness

Philosophy of Mind and Consciousness explores the nature of the mind, consciousness, cognition, and their relationship to the body and the external world. It encompasses research on perception, intentionality, self-awareness, personal identity, free will, mental representation, emotions, and the philosophy of cognitive science and neuroscience. The field also welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives from psychology, artificial intelligence, linguistics, and ethics to address fundamental questions about human thought, experience, and intelligence. By integrating philosophical analysis with scientific insights, it aims to deepen the understanding of mental phenomena and contribute to ongoing debates on consciousness, cognition, and the nature of human existence.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Philosophy of Mind and Consciousness. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
