Special Issue on Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors

Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors is an interdisciplinary academic field that investigates the causes, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the heart and blood vessels, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, stroke and hypertension. It examines genetic, behavioral, environmental and metabolic risk factors such as obesity, diabetes, smoking and dyslipidemia. The field aims to improve cardiovascular health through clinical research, preventive strategies and advances in medical care and public health interventions.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Cardiovascular Diseases and Risk Factors. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
