Special Issue on Legal Theory and Practice

Legal Theory and Practice examines the foundations, interpretation, and application of legal systems across diverse social, political, and economic contexts. It encompasses research on constitutional, civil, criminal, commercial, international, and human rights law, as well as legal ethics, judicial processes, dispute resolution, and comparative legal studies. The field also encourages interdisciplinary perspectives on emerging legal challenges related to digital technologies, artificial intelligence, environmental governance, public policy, and global justice. By integrating theoretical inquiry with practical legal applications, it seeks to advance legal scholarship, strengthen the rule of law, and support the development of fair, effective, and sustainable legal institutions.
