Special Issue on Water Quality Assessment
Water Quality Assessment encompasses the scientific evaluation of
the physical, chemical, and biological properties of water to determine its
suitability for drinking, agriculture, industry, recreation, and ecosystem
sustainability. It includes the monitoring of pollutants, nutrients, pathogens,
heavy metals, and emerging contaminants through advanced analytical methods,
environmental modeling, sensor technologies, and remote sensing. Integrating
knowledge from hydrology, environmental chemistry, ecology, engineering, and
public health, water quality assessment supports effective water resource
management, pollution prevention, regulatory compliance, and the conservation
of aquatic environments while addressing the impacts of urbanization,
industrialization, and climate change.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Water
Quality Assessment. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Water chemistry
-
Microbial water quality
-
Aquatic toxicology
-
Surface water monitoring
-
Groundwater assessment
-
Drinking water quality
-
Wastewater analysis
-
Water pollution control
-

Authors
should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please
