Special Issue on General Surgery
General Surgery is a broad medical specialty focused on the
diagnosis, surgical treatment and perioperative management of diseases
affecting the abdominal organs, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine system, breast,
skin, soft tissues and trauma. It also encompasses minimally invasive
techniques, emergency surgery, surgical oncology, and advances in patient
safety, postoperative care and surgical innovation to improve clinical outcomes
and quality of life.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on General Surgery. Potential topics include, but are not limited
