Special Issue on Food and Beverage

Food and Beverage explores the science, technology, production, quality, safety, nutrition, sustainability, and management of food and beverage systems. It covers topics such as food processing, beverage innovation, functional foods and drinks, food chemistry, microbiology, sensory evaluation, consumer behavior, food supply chains, packaging, and regulatory issues. The field also addresses emerging challenges related to food security, sustainable production, health and nutrition, alternative ingredients, and digital transformation in the food and beverage industry. By integrating scientific research with industrial applications, Food and Beverage Studies aims to enhance product quality, promote public health, support sustainable development, and foster innovation across the global food and beverage sector.
