Special Issue on Law and Development

Law and Development examines the relationship between legal systems, public institutions, and socioeconomic development. It explores how laws, regulations, governance structures, and judicial processes influence economic growth, social justice, human rights, environmental sustainability, and institutional capacity building. The field also investigates legal reforms, regulatory frameworks, access to justice, and the role of law in addressing contemporary development challenges at local, national, and global levels. By integrating perspectives from law, economics, political science, and development studies, Law and Development seeks to understand how effective legal institutions can promote inclusive, sustainable, and equitable development.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Law and Development. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
