Geological Resources and Sustainable Exploration is a multidisciplinary field dedicated to the identification, assessment, and responsible utilization of Earth's geological resources, including minerals, energy reserves, groundwater, and other natural assets. It integrates principles of geology, geophysics, geochemistry, environmental science, and resource management to develop efficient and environmentally responsible exploration strategies. The field emphasizes sustainable practices that minimize ecological impacts, optimize resource recovery, and support long-term economic and environmental goals. Research in geological resources and sustainable exploration addresses challenges related to resource scarcity, critical minerals, energy transition, environmental protection, and technological innovation, contributing to the sustainable development and management of natural resources worldwide.
