Water Resources and Environmental Dynamics

Water Resources and Environmental Dynamics explores the interactions between water systems and environmental processes across natural and human-influenced landscapes. It focuses on the assessment, management, and sustainability of surface water, groundwater, and aquatic ecosystems while examining the impacts of climate change, land-use transformation, pollution, and resource exploitation on hydrological and environmental dynamics. The field integrates hydrology, environmental science, ecology, geoscience, and water resource engineering to understand water availability, quality, distribution, and ecosystem responses. Research in this area supports the development of sustainable water management strategies, environmental conservation practices, and resilience measures to address growing challenges related to water security, environmental degradation, and global change.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Water Resources and Environmental Dynamics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
