Special Issue on Corporate Finance and Governance

Corporate Finance and Governance examines financial decision-making and governance structures within corporations. It focuses on capital structure, investment decisions, risk management, financial performance, shareholder value and corporate accountability. The field also explores board governance, executive compensation, regulatory compliance and ethical practices to understand how governance mechanisms influence corporate behavior, financial stability and long-term organizational success.
