Special Issue on Resilient Infrastructure and
Sustainable Environmental Engineering
Resilient Infrastructure and Sustainable
Environmental Engineering explores innovative engineering approaches that
enhance the durability, adaptability, and sustainability of infrastructure
systems while minimizing environmental impacts. The field integrates
climate-resilient design, sustainable resource management, green construction
technologies, environmental protection strategies, and smart urban development
to address global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, natural
disasters, and resource depletion. It also promotes interdisciplinary solutions
that improve energy efficiency, ecological balance, public safety, and
long-term environmental resilience across both natural and built environments.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Resilient
Infrastructure and Sustainable Environmental Engineering. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Climate-resilient infrastructure
-
Sustainable urban engineering
-
Green building technologies
-
Environmental impact assessment
-
Water resources engineering
-
Renewable energy systems
-
Sustainable transportation engineering
-
Disaster risk reduction
-
