Special Issue on Medical and Molecular Imaging
Medical and Molecular Imaging studies technologies
that visualize the structure, function, and molecular processes of the body for
diagnosis, monitoring and research. It includes imaging methods such as MRI,
CT, ultrasound, PET and optical imaging. The field integrates medicine,
biology, physics and engineering to improve disease detection, treatment
planning, and understanding of biological mechanisms at tissue, cellular and
molecular levels.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on Medical and Molecular Imaging. Potential topics include,
but are not limited to:
-
Magnetic
Resonance Imaging
-
Computed
Tomography
-
Positron
Emission Tomography
-
Ultrasound
Imaging
-
Optical and
Fluorescence Imaging
-
Molecular
Imaging Probes and Contrast Agents
-
Image Processing
and Computational Imaging
-
Functional and
Brain Imaging
-
Image-Guided
Therapy and Intervention
-
Multimodal

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors
should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the
journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special
Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the
research field “Special Issue – Medical and Molecular Imaging” should
be chosen during your submission.
