Food
Sustainability and Safety Control addresses the development of secure,
efficient, and environmentally responsible food systems that ensure both
long-term resource sustainability and public health protection. This field
integrates sustainable agriculture, food production, processing technologies,
and supply chain management with rigorous safety monitoring and regulatory
frameworks. It covers areas such as food quality assurance, contamination
prevention, traceability systems, food waste reduction, cold chain logistics,
and risk assessment of foodborne hazards. Emphasis is also placed on
eco-friendly production methods, nutritional security, and resilient food
systems capable of adapting to climate change and global supply disruptions.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Food Sustainability and Safety Control. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
