Special Issue on Food Quality Management


Food Quality Management encompasses the systematic control and assurance of food safety, quality, and compliance across the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to final consumption. It integrates standards such as HACCP, ISO frameworks, and regulatory guidelines to minimize risks related to contamination, spoilage, and fraud. The field addresses key processes including quality monitoring, traceability, testing, and continuous improvement, while also considering consumer expectations, nutritional value, and sustainability. Through the application of scientific methods and management practices, it supports the delivery of safe, high-quality food products and enhances trust in food systems.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Food Quality Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
