Special Issue on Organizational Behavior
Organizational Behavior studies how individuals and groups act within
organizations and how these behaviors affect performance and outcomes. It
examines motivation, leadership, communication, decision-making and
organizational culture. The field integrates insights from psychology,
sociology and management to improve employee well-being, teamwork, and
organizational effectiveness, helping organizations achieve goals through
better understanding of human behavior in the workplace.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Organizational Behavior. Potential
