Special Issue on Nutrition and Obesity
Prevention
Nutrition and Obesity Prevention brings
together interdisciplinary research examining the relationships between dietary
patterns, metabolic health, and effective strategies for reducing obesity risk
across diverse populations. It highlights evidence-based approaches to
improving nutritional behaviors, including nutrient quality, energy balance,
and lifestyle interventions such as physical activity and behavioral
modification. Contributions addressing public health policies, community-based
programs, and innovative technologies that support healthier food environments
are also encouraged. By integrating insights from clinical nutrition,
epidemiology, and health policy, this special issue aims to advance sustainable
and scalable solutions to mitigate the growing global burden of obesity and
related chronic diseases.
