Special Issue on Public Service and Public Administration

Public Service and Public Administration studies the management and implementation of government policies and public programs to serve societal needs. It examines governance structures, public policy, administrative processes and organizational behavior in the public sector. The field focuses on efficiency, accountability, transparency and service delivery, as well as leadership, ethics and citizen engagement, aiming to improve public sector performance and promote effective, responsive governance.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Public Service and Public Administration. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
