Special Issue on Infectious Disease Epidemiology
Infectious
Disease Epidemiology is the study of the distribution, determinants and
dynamics of infectious diseases in populations. It focuses on patterns of
transmission, outbreak investigation, disease surveillance, risk factors and
the impact of prevention and control strategies such as vaccination,
antimicrobial use and public health interventions to reduce morbidity,
mortality and the spread of infections.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
