Special Issue on Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences
Sport,
Exercise and Health Sciences studies how physical activity influences human
performance, health and well-being. It integrates physiology, biomechanics,
psychology and nutrition to understand exercise responses, training adaptations
and injury prevention. The field also examines the role of sport and physical
activity in promoting public health, enhancing athletic performance and
supporting rehabilitation, aiming to improve both individual fitness and
population health outcomes.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
