Special Issue on Agriculture and Food Science 

Agricultural and Food Science reports on agriculture and food research related to primary production and which have a northern dimension.The fields within the scope of the journal include agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, animal science, environmental science, horticulture, plant and soil science and primary production-related food science. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of Agriculture and Food Science.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Agriculture and Food Science. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Food processing and quality
• Global food and nutritional insecurity
• Food technology and balancing agricultural outputs across food, feed, fibre and fuel
• Food processing and manufacturing
• Food nutrition and health

• Food safety, nutrition, and health
• Public health in relation to the condition of food and nutritional security
• Sustainable agriculture and food systems
