Special Issue on Literature and Gender Dynamics
Literature and Gender Dynamics explores how
literary texts reflect, construct, and challenge gender identities, roles, and
power relations across diverse cultural and historical contexts. It invites
interdisciplinary scholarship that examines representations of masculinity,
femininity, and non-binary identities, as well as the intersections of gender
with class, race, sexuality, and ideology. Contributions may analyze canonical
and contemporary works, theoretical frameworks, and narrative strategies to
uncover how literature both reinforces and subverts dominant gender norms. By
foregrounding critical perspectives from feminist theory, queer studies, and
cultural analysis, this issue aims to deepen understanding of the evolving
relationship between literary expression and gendered experience.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
