Special Issue on Occupational and Organizational Psychology
Occupational
and Organizational Psychology studies human behavior in the workplace, focusing
on how individuals, groups and organizational structures influence performance
and well-being. It examines topics such as employee motivation, job
satisfaction, leadership, workplace culture and personnel selection. The field
aims to improve productivity, enhance employee engagement and promote healthy
work environments through evidence-based practices and psychological
principles.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Potential topics include, but are not limited
