Special Issue on Leadership and Organizational Management
Leadership and Organizational Management studies how individuals and groups
guide, coordinate and influence organizations to achieve strategic goals. It
examines leadership styles, decision-making, organizational behavior and
management practices that enhance performance and adaptability. The field also
explores team dynamics, communication, change management and organizational
culture, aiming to improve effectiveness, innovation and sustainable growth in
diverse organizational settings.
