Special Issue on Herbal Medicine
Herbal
Medicine studies the therapeutic use of plants and plant-derived substances for
the prevention and treatment of diseases. It explores the pharmacological properties,
active compounds, safety and efficacy of medicinal herbs used in traditional
and modern healthcare systems. The field integrates botany, pharmacology and
clinical research to evaluate herbal remedies, standardize formulations, and
understand their mechanisms of action in promoting health and well-being.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
