Special Issue on Law, Society, and Legal
Culture
Law, Society, and Legal Culture is an
interdisciplinary field that examines the interactions between legal systems,
social structures, and cultural norms. It explores how laws are created,
interpreted, and applied within different societies, and how social values, traditions,
and behaviors influence legal practice and institutions. The field addresses
issues such as access to justice, legal pluralism, human rights, and the role
of law in social change. By analyzing both formal legislation and informal
legal practices, it provides insights into the development of legal culture,
the effectiveness of governance, and the relationship between law, power, and
society.
