Special Issue on Schizophrenia Treatment and Management
Schizophrenia Treatment and Management is a
specialized area of mental health care focused on the diagnosis, therapeutic
intervention, and long-term support of individuals living with schizophrenia.
It encompasses pharmacological approaches, including antipsychotic medications,
alongside psychosocial therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family
support, and social skills training. The field aims to reduce symptom severity,
prevent relapse, and improve overall functioning and quality of life.
Integrated care strategies also address co-occurring medical or psychiatric
conditions, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and
continuous monitoring to support recovery and social reintegration.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Schizophrenia Treatment and Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
