Special Issue on Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics
Clinical
Nutrition and Dietetics is a specialized field within healthcare that examines
the role of nutrition in the prevention, management, and treatment of diseases.
It involves the assessment of patients’ nutritional status and the development
of individualized dietary interventions to support medical care across diverse
conditions such as metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and
gastrointestinal illnesses. The discipline integrates evidence-based science,
clinical practice, and patient education to improve health outcomes, enhance
recovery, and maintain optimal nutritional balance in both acute and long-term
care settings.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
