Special Issue on Criminology, Law and Social
Justice
Criminology, Law and Social Justice examines
the complex relationships between crime, legal systems, and societal responses
to inequality and injustice. This special issue explores contemporary research
on the causes, patterns, and prevention of crime, as well as the role of legal
institutions in promoting fairness, accountability, and social equity. It
welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives that analyze criminal behavior,
policing practices, judicial processes, penal policies, human rights, and
community-based justice initiatives. By integrating insights from criminology,
legal studies, sociology, and public policy, the issue aims to deepen
understanding of how law and justice systems can address social disparities and
contribute to safer and more equitable societies.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
