Special Issue on Law and Human Rights


Law and Human Rights examines the legal frameworks, principles, and practices designed to protect fundamental human rights and promote justice within societies. It explores how national and international laws address issues such as civil liberties, political rights, social justice, equality, and access to justice, as well as the enforcement and interpretation of human rights norms. Integrating perspectives from legal studies, political science, sociology, and ethics, this theme analyzes the roles of courts, governments, international organizations, and civil society in upholding rights, resolving conflicts, and advancing the rule of law. Research in this area contributes to the development of fair, accountable, and inclusive legal systems that safeguard human dignity and social equity.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Law and Human Rights. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
