Special Issue on
Translation Studies and English Interpreting
Translation
Studies and English Interpreting is an interdisciplinary field that explores
the theory, practice, and pedagogy of translating written texts and
interpreting spoken communication between English and other languages. It
examines linguistic, cultural, cognitive, and technological aspects of
translation and interpreting, including strategies for accuracy, equivalence,
and context adaptation. By integrating applied linguistics, cross-cultural
communication, professional practice, and translation technologies, this field
aims to enhance effective multilingual communication, support global
interactions, and foster understanding across diverse cultural and social
settings.
