Special Issue on Roadway and Bridge Design, Construction, and Maintenance

Roadway and Bridge Design, Construction, and Maintenance is a multidisciplinary field concerned with the planning, engineering, and lifecycle management of transportation infrastructure. It encompasses geometric and structural design, material selection, construction methods, and performance evaluation of roads and bridges to ensure safety, durability, and efficiency. By integrating advances in civil engineering, materials science, asset management, and sustainability practices, this field supports resilient infrastructure systems that accommodate growing traffic demands, environmental constraints, and long-term maintenance needs.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Roadway and Bridge Design, Construction, and Maintenance. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
