Special Issue on International Law and Policy


International Law and Policy is a multidisciplinary field that examines the legal principles, norms, and institutional frameworks governing relations among states, international organizations, and other global actors. It addresses the development, interpretation, and implementation of international treaties, customary international law, and regulatory regimes across areas such as human rights, trade, security, environmental protection, and global health. The field also explores the interaction between law and policy, analyzing how political interests, power dynamics, and diplomatic practices influence the creation and enforcement of international legal rules. By combining legal analysis with policy-oriented perspectives, International Law and Policy seeks to promote cooperation, stability, and the rule of law in the international system.


In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring International Law and Policy. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
