Clinical Management of Chronic Diseases

Clinical Management of Chronic Diseases focuses on the comprehensive, long-term prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of chronic health conditions that require sustained clinical care, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney disease, respiratory disorders, autoimmune conditions, and chronic infections including chronic otitis media. This Special Issue aims to highlight evidence-based clinical strategies, integrated care models, and multidisciplinary approaches that improve disease control, patient adherence, and quality of life. Emphasis is placed on personalized medicine, digital health technologies, comorbidity management, and healthcare system optimization to address the growing global burden of chronic diseases across diverse populations and care settings.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Clinical Management of Chronic Diseases. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
