Special Issue on Constitutionalism and the Rule
of Law
Constitutionalism and the Rule of Law is a
core field of legal and political studies concerned with the principles,
institutions, and practices that limit governmental power and ensure
accountability through a supreme legal framework. It examines the design,
interpretation, and enforcement of constitutions, the separation of powers,
judicial independence, and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms.
Central to this field is the rule of law, which requires that laws be publicly
promulgated, equally applied, and independently adjudicated, thereby
safeguarding legal certainty and preventing arbitrary governance. Comparative
and international perspectives further explore how constitutional norms evolve
across different legal systems and respond to social, political, and
technological change.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
